Welcome to Elevate — the AI-assisted classroom observation platform from Tandem Education. Elevate helps school and district administrators record observations, capture a live transcript, take timestamped notes, and turn it all into a polished evaluation report. Elevate uses AI to detect and replace student names when a report is generated, and evaluators review the final text before finalizing it.

Who Elevate is for

Elevate supports school and district teams:

• Tech admins set up the district — schools, users, and the evaluation framework — so everyone else can work.
• Evaluators (principals, assistant principals, and other observers) run observations and build reports.
• District leaders run observations across schools, manage eligible users, and provide district oversight.
• Cabinet members use Elevate for district and school analytics.

Note: Teachers being observed are not Elevate users. They are records your team manages, kept separate from the people who log in.

How the pieces fit

1. A tech admin configures the district and invites users.
2. An evaluator starts an observation, and Elevate transcribes the classroom in real time.
3. The evaluator adds notes and quick tags as the lesson unfolds.
4. Elevate generates a draft report and uses AI to detect and replace student names. The evaluator reviews the final report for any remaining names before finalizing it and avoids typing student names into Report Builder edits, which are not scrubbed again.
