Elevate uses your classroom audio only to produce the live transcript as you conduct observations. It is not saved as a recording — there's no audio file kept afterward.

Student names are scrubbed automatically with AI

When you generate a report, Elevate automatically uses AI to detect and replace student names in the transcript and your notes with neutral labels like "Student A." Because AI can miss a name, review the final report text for any remaining student names before finalizing it. Teacher names stay; AI checks for student names

Elevate keeps teacher names so your reports are useful for evaluation, while its AI scrubbing feature detects and replaces student names to protect students. It's designed for the realities of a classroom observation.
