Your framework is set up for you

Your evaluation framework is configured for your district as part of onboarding. When your district comes on board, the Elevate team sets up the framework your district uses so it's ready before you start — it isn't something you select or change yourself. If your framework ever needs to change, your Elevate contact can update it for you.

What the framework focuses on

Because Elevate is built around classroom observation, it focuses on the observable domains of the framework — the parts you can see and hear during a lesson, like the learning environment and the learning experiences. Other domains, such as planning and professional responsibilities, fall outside a single observation.

Works with your district's rubric

Elevate is built to work with many different evaluation rubrics and frameworks. As part of onboarding, the Elevate team customizes the rubric to match your district's needs, so the suggestions and reports reflect the framework your evaluators already use.
